We had a great time in a standard queen room with extra tables, a hair dryer, and a mini-bar; the location with an excellent restaurant and terrace was fantastic.

The staff were very friendly
The only reason the room could be called a secuction room was being seduced into paying for it. The large double was 2 singles pushed together with 2 single duvets. The room was cramped and the air con hardly worked making the room extremely hot, you could not open the window due to the hordes of drunks shouting and roaming the streets until around 4AM

Conveniently located near major attractions, shops, restaurants, pedestrian precincts, and a spacious bathroom in a converted church.

Excellent service at the arrival: Quick check-in, juice to freshen up and a person to show me up to my room. Simple and efficient no- fuss approach. Very nice breakfast buffet with a wide variety of warm and cold food. Tasted some food at the brasserie, and it was delicious as well. Excellent location close to golf courses nearby. WIFI in common areas.
I was looking forward to having sauna after a day at the golf course - unfortunately the sauna was full and I could not benefit it. I understand that for the comfort of everyone it is important that the spa area is not too full, but the quests could be warned beforehand that they need to make a booking if they want to have sauna. WIFI did not work in the room, only in the common areas.

The hotel provided comprehensive facilities in the location of a very nice town. It was a good base for exploring the Ardennes

The hotel is centrally located just off the main square, making it a convenient base for exploring the town. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a good, sized bathroom. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we particularly enjoyed the high, quality breakfast with fresh pastries and home, made yoghurts. we were impressed with the facilities and the attention to detail.
The showerhead was not adjustable, which made it tricky to take a comfortable shower. this was a minor issue in an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Excellent. Great relaxing destination and very friendly staff.
It would be even a better experience with warmer water at the swimming pool.

Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.Spa facilities are good although fairly small but beware as the hotel will charge you 15 euros for entry which is a bit of a cheek as its part of the hotel's advertised facilities!!!
